StudentStuff: Facebook competitor?
I noticed a press release today for a site called StudentStuff.com, which is a site “completely designed for college students.” It looks to me like a social networking site, though, and I’m not sure going after a market dominated by Facebook is such a good idea. Then again, many are unhappy with Facebook for opening itself to the world and introducing its Applications platform. Perhaps it’s the perfect time to bring out a competing product? Who knows.
