If you’re a student who hates waiting around for your laundry to finish, you are about to become very jealous. Dickinson College, based in Carlisle, PA (about 20 minutes away from my hometown) has installed a new laundry system that text messages students when their laundry is done, leaving them free to do whatever they please. The system can also send a message to alert students of an available machine in the case that they are all being used. It’s probably too late to transfer to Dickinson now, but I’m sure you you can apply for next semester.
