What are you working for?
This may come as a shock, but a lot of college students have no idea what they’re doing in college. Okay, maybe they know what they’re doing now - partying - but they don’t know why they’re attending in the first place. If you don’t know, why waste the money?
Ask yourself this question: what is it you hope to achieve? Are you in college to please your parents? If so, you’re doing it for the wrong reason. Are you in a major you love? If not, switch. As the old saying goes, money can’t buy happiness. You’ll feel much more satisfied doing something you love for less money. Sure, you may not be able to afford that nice Scottsdale real estate, but you won’t spend eight hours a day hating your life.
Take this seriously and really, truly think about it. What are you working for? If you wish to share, leave a comment.
