Stay in shape during college with exercise

I know, a lot of people don’t have time to dedicate to exercise.  A little bit does go a long way, though, in terms of keeping your body healthy.  And if you combine some exercise with the distance you walk back and forth between classes, you might actually equal a normal exercise routine anyway.  So do a few things - do jumping jacks, play sports, go for a run, walk on a treadmill at the gym - and I promise you’ll feel much better!
