Vegas Baby!
One thing I have learned in college is to make the most of my time. Albeit I don’t really practice this to its fullest during the semester, I try to make the most of my breaks. Especially spring break. This year my destination is Las Vegas and I am totally enjoying what the city has to offer. I couldn’t ask for better weather either. Obviously you can never not enjoy a trip to Vegas with so much to do all the time. But while I did get a great deal on my trip I am a bit sorry that I chose Vegas for my current trip. I am really interested in heading to Vegas in December for the National Finals Rodeo. I may end up going again despite my current trip but I just feel funny traveling twice the same year to Vegas. I know I won’t regret the second trip, I really like rodeo events and there is no doubt that the NFR is the premier event of the industry. Many people call it the World Series of Rodeo or the Super Bowl of Rodeo and for true Rodeo fans this can even be an understatement. Prices can be quite expensive especially if you plan on attending numerous sessions during the 10 day event. I personally prefer attending more sessions while sitting at lower priced seats as opposed to going for the best seats but limiting myself to one or two sessions. I keep checking the WNFR Tickets site trying to figure out what I should do but I’m still undecided. In any case, if any of you readers plan on attending shoot me an email. You may just make my decision a whole lot easier…
